A: Yes. We provide two types of base solutions: land fixed support and floating anti-corrosion base for water surface. We can adjust the wave bottom structure, increase anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment for long-term water contact, and optimize waterproof wiring to avoid short circuits caused by lake water splashing according to your on-site water depth and water quality. We will draw customized foundation construction drawings for your construction team reference.
Q2: How long is the full production cycle of this marine themed lantern set, and can we expedite orders for urgent holiday schedules?
A: The normal production cycle for the complete standard set is 18–22 working days after design confirmation. If your Halloween event schedule is tight, we support expedited production. You can inform us of the delivery deadline in advance, and we will adjust workshop production schedules to shorten the cycle, with a small expediting surcharge for rush orders.
Q3: How do you handle packaging and long-distance transportation to avoid damage of large lantern components?
A: All lantern parts are split into modular structures for separate packaging. Metal skeletons are wrapped with anti-collision bubble film and fixed with wooden frames; fragile luminous silk and light components are packed in waterproof shockproof cartons. We cooperate with professional large cargo logistics providers, adopt full container loading for bulk orders, and provide cargo insurance during transit to compensate for accidental damage during transportation.
Q4: What customization scope can be supported besides appearance and size? Can we add brand logos or special light effects?
A: Multiple layers of customization are supported. You can print exclusive brand logos, event slogans on the volcano body or pumpkin surface; we can also customize special dynamic light effects including flowing lava gradient lights, flickering bat lights, breathing pumpkin lights. Meanwhile, we can reserve installation positions for smoke machines to restore the volcanic smoke effect on site as shown in the renderings.
