1. Custom Planning & Design

We work out practical lighting layout plans based on your actual site, traffic routes, atmosphere requirements and service duration. We provide high-definition renderings and construction drawings to confirm shapes, dimensions, lighting colors and placement in advance. Production only starts after full confirmation, to prevent discrepancies between design and finished works.

2. Professional In-house Production

All lanterns and light sculptures are handcrafted in our own factory. We adopt reinforced steel frames, waterproof, flame-retardant and UV-resistant materials. Low-voltage safe LED lights are applied throughout, which produce little heat and work steadily in all weather conditions. Strict quality checks are carried out on welding, wiring and waterproofing details, making our products durable for long-term outdoor use and repeated deployment.

3. Logistics & Shipment Tracking

We offer reliable shipping services for domestic and overseas orders. All goods are well packed with shockproof and waterproof materials, and divided into modular parts for easy transport and reassembly. We keep track of delivery status and provide complete lists of parts as well as installation guidelines in advance.

4. On-site Installation & Commissioning

Over the years, our team has kept improving craftsmanship, creative design, material selection and lighting performance. Yashi Culture currently employs 58 full-time staff members. We operate with clear role division and seamless team collaboration, backed by years of hands-on experience in lighting customization and on-site project implementation. Our core design team is made up of 1 design director and 3 professional lighting designers. The team has long been engaged in light art decoration, lantern scene design and night tourism visual planning. We never adopt generic template designs. Based on clients’ actual site conditions, project themes, application scenarios and budget standards, we independently complete creative planning, overall scheme layout, effect rendering and construction drawing output. We ensure every design solution is aesthetically pleasing, practically implementable and fully tailored to real project needs.

We have a team of dedicated project managers who provide full-cycle tracking for every project. Covering early communication, solution confirmation, production scheduling and logistics arrangement, all the way to on-site construction coordination, installation supervision and final acceptance delivery, our managers offer one-stop overall control. They coordinate the work of the design team, factory production, logistics and on-site construction teams, update project progress in a timely manner and solve various on-site technical and detailed problems.
