Recently, the Fuzhou Sanjiangkou Thousand Lantern Festival with the theme of "Blessings Along Three Rivers, Lights Through Ages" officially opened at Sanjiangkou Ecological Park. This 74-day immersive light carnival displays over a thousand handmade silk lantern installations themed on ancient myths, auspicious mythical beasts and floral landscapes, alongside intangible cultural heritage performances. As a benchmark night light exhibition in China, it fully demonstrates the outdoor performance and commercial value of Chinese silk lanterns.
All lanterns are crafted with traditional Zigong lantern techniques, featuring rust-proof steel frames, waterproof translucent silk fabric and low-voltage LED lights, perfectly suitable for all outdoor cultural tourism venues. Four core zones are available:
