Before the project launch, our team conducted a thorough on-site inspection at Fuzhou Sanjiangkou Ecological Park. We recorded the site layout, passage routes, power supply points and environmental conditions. Considering the 74-day outdoor exhibition period, we fully evaluated wind, rain and temperature changes. All collected data supported the subsequent customized design and ensured safe, long-term outdoor display.
Based on actual site conditions and project positioning, we completed a full customized lighting layout. The design covered four core themes: Chinese mythology, auspicious patterns, floral scenery and kid-friendly installations. We reasonably divided exhibition zones, arranged main landmark lanterns and decorative light pieces, and delivered detailed renderings and layout drawings to ensure layered visuals and excellent visitor viewing experience.
After the design was confirmed, all lanterns were professionally manufactured in our factory. Adopting traditional lantern craftsmanship, each piece features welded steel frames, waterproof silk covering, hand-painted details and built-in low-voltage LED lights. All lanterns are reinforced with windproof and waterproof treatment, stable and durable enough for long-term outdoor night lighting.
After all products were delivered to the site, our construction team installed and assembled the lanterns strictly according to the design drawings. Large-scale myth and phoenix-dragon lanterns were specially reinforced for structural stability. All circuit wiring was concealed and waterproof processed to eliminate potential safety hazards, meeting the safety standards for crowded scenic spots.
After installation, we carried out full-site lighting tests. We inspected the brightness, color uniformity, structural stability and waterproof performance of every lantern. We adjusted light layers and fixed visual defects on site, ensuring a unified, flawless and stable night lighting effect before official opening.
After comprehensive inspection and acceptance, the Sanjiangkou Thousand Lantern Festival officially opened to the public. With hundreds of handmade silk lanterns, the site presented an immersive Chinese-style night scenery. The entire exhibition ran stably for over two months with intact lanterns and consistent lighting effects, becoming a local popular night tourism benchmark and a mature replicable lighting solution for parks, scenic spots and festival events worldwide.
