A: We own full production factory and professional design team. All skeleton lamp modelling, frame welding and fabric sewing are finished inside our workshop, no outsourcing, flexible to realize your personalized design ideas.
Q2: How long is your standard production lead time?
A: Regular orders take 15–25 working days after deposit confirmation; large-batch project orders will confirm detailed schedule separately per project scale.
Q3: What’s your quality control process during production?
A: We inspect frame structure, fabric tightness and LED lighting three times: after frame finished, mid-production assembly, and full finished product pre-shipment test to eliminate lighting failure or structural defects.
Q5: How do you arrange finished goods delivery & shipment?
A: Products are partially disassembled for export packaging. We cooperate with reliable forwarders to arrange sea/air freight, can deliver to designated port or warehouse as customers’ request, and update logistics info timely.
