Zigong, renowned worldwide as China’s Lantern City, launches its new seasonal light exhibition Moon Reflected on Nanhu · Autumn Garden Lantern Show at Nanhu Ecological Park, running from September 21 through November 18, 2026.

Stretching along a 2.5‑km lakeside route, the display showcases authentic Zigong lantern craftsmanship combined with modern lighting, fog effects, drone and water‑screen projection technology. Giant themed light installations, including the landmark “Moon Rising Over the Sea”, Chang’e, jade rabbits and galaxy scenes, build an immersive night‑time wonderland above the lake surface, covering roughly 15,000 square meters of waterscape area.

Unlike traditional ticket‑only grand lantern expos, this urban park project is free for visitors.
