The scale-textured silver Christmas tree, with its reflective metallic surface, creates a shimmering effect reminiscent of swirling snowflakes. Production Process

Framework Prototyping: Lightweight aluminum circular structures are designed. Craftsmen precisely measure and repeatedly adjust to lay the foundational framework for the tree and decorative elements.

Skeleton Assembly: The formed circular frames are welded and assembled into the tree’s conical main body, with strict quality control to ensure structural stability and neat shaping.

Finishing & Ornamentation: Metallic scales are meticulously affixed to the skeleton one by one, while mirror tiles are applied to the disco balls to maximize light reflection.

On-site Installation: All decorative components are transported to the mall’s atrium for final setup, creating a modern, dreamy festive atmosphere for the holiday season.
