A: Following the traditional craftsmanship of Zigong intangible cultural heritage lanterns, the whole process is divided into 6 core procedures:

1. Design & 1:1 Full-Scale Lofting

   According to the customer's customized requirements (size, style, theme), we provide 3D renderings and draw 1:1 full-scale construction drawings to accurately determine the modeling proportions and dynamic postures of the dragon head, body and tail.

   

2. Steel Structure Skeleton Welding

   The main load-bearing frame is welded with national standard steel such as square tubes and round steel bars to ensure stable overall structure, smooth and accurate modeling lines, and reserve space for light installation.

3. Internal Light Installation & Commissioning

   Install LED light strips, light sources and control systems inside the frame, conduct power-on tests and brightness adjustment to ensure even light distribution, no dark areas, no faults, and stable and consistent brightness.

   

4. Fabric Pasting (White Prototype Stage)

   Flame-retardant silk or waterproof fabric is used to paste sections on the outside of the steel structure to complete the overall white prototype shaping. As a key modeling process, it must strictly fit the frame outline to ensure three-dimensional and full details such as scales and beards.

5. Hand-Painted Coloring
