Any damaged parts caused by logistics will be re-delivered free of charge.

A: The whole set comes with a 12-month standard warranty. Non-artificial damage to electric motors and audio mainboards will be replaced free within the warranty term. The silicone skin is a wearable outdoor part; we supply repair glue and touch-up paint at cost price for lifetime use. Remote technical support is available permanently even after the warranty expires.
